Wheeler has one of several installations of a wind turbine water pumping system, combining the new technology of wind turbines with the historic need for water wells. Local pump expert will take you on a tour of these installations, explain how they work, show you how a traditional windmill works, and show you some of the prettiest countryside in Texas .
