With 40 completely restored mills, and more being added to the park, the units range from a diminutive 5-foot Star Zephyr to a mammoth 18-foot Samson and 18-foot Railroad Eclipse. In addition to its beautiful location, a half-dugout soddy dating to 1904 has been reconstructed in a small hillside. Site of the International Windmillers Trade Fair ( June 8-10, 2004 ) Shattuck is "known" among the folks who know windmills.
