November 8, 2004: XCEL Energy awards $7,500 grant to High Plains RC&D to remaster the Wind Power Trail audio CD. Through the XCEL Energy Foundation, this grant will make it possible to improve the audio tour, add an information booklet with the CD, and improve the educational quality of the project.
